I can’t find a web support email address. Molina’s website is so crappy.
I have been trying to access my records from Molina for quite a while now without success. I keep answering the security questions correctly but am told I gave the wrong answers, then the website logs me out for 24 hours.
It is Friday after 5 PM so no one is answering the phone. I would like to get this sorted out ASAP. Is there no web/tech support team I can email?
