So, my mom (48F) and I (22F) recently had a falling out because she wants to claim me as a dependent on taxes, and I’m not claimable since I am over the age and no longer live for her/provide for myself. Problem is, now she is trying to pull the rug from under me and take me off of health insurance in spite, due to the taxes. Now, she is telling me she would like to get paid for the past year (2020) for my premiums on my father’s insurance plan. Am I legally obligated to pay her back? (She still pays for my brother’s (22M twin) insurance).
Edit: I pay for all of my copays, etc.
