National Imaging Associates indicating coverage IS provided?

I currently have an HDHP with Aetna. I went to get a single physical therapy session on my own accord, with no referral, for some shoulder pain. I gave them my insurance but knew it wasn’t covered so paid the fee as expected. About a week later I got a letter with my name, DOB, Aetna Member ID, and health plan provider. The letter indicated that “NIA has been authorized by your health plan to review certain services. We received your request for coverage verification and approval for the following member services…” They also provide a link to their website but the name on the letter doesn’t match the website.

I never filled anything out to recieve this and I just thought it was strange that if it was spam, that this company knew my health plan, member ID, DOB, and recent medical claim information. Is this legit?
