Need Healthcare options

Hey all, hoping against hope for some expert perspective and guidance.

The situation. My gf is closing in on 30 years old, currently no work and no insurance. We live in Virginia, in the US. I am covering her expenses, living arrangement, etc. She suffers from significant anxiety and cannot work at this point (it has worsened since the start of quarantine some 15 months back).

She wants to get working with a combo of a primary physician and a therapist, so she can secure some anti-anxiety meds while she works through her issues, and we can get back to doing behavioral conditioning to re-enable her to be out of the house, hold a job, etc.

The ask. What is her best option for coverage? We need something minimal in terms of expense, as we are already on a single income. Something that will allow us to secure both doctors so that she can start making the progress she needs ASAP.

The problem. I have been lost on Healthcare.gov and otherwise drowning in ads and marketing attempts, I cannot figure out what our real options are, what the best move is. IF someone had an experienced opinion, I would really appreciate it, Reddit groupthink!
