Need help selecting a dental plan

So here is my confirmed dental work for the year:

Cleaning (x2), Crown, Filling / Potential Root Canal, Surgical Extraction (Wisdom Teeth)

I have no idea how much any of this will cost because I’m switching coverage due to changing employers. The dental office was unable to provide any info, so I’m not sure how to figure this out.

Basically, I have two plan options:

Core PPO (in network) – $50 deductible, $1.5k out of pocket, 100% preventative, 80% basic, 50% major, 0% orthodontia

Out of network – $100 deductible, $1.5k out of pocket, 100% preventative, 50% basic, 50% major, 0% orthodontia

Core Plus PPO (in network) – $0 deductible, $3.5k out of pocket, 100% preventative, 90% basic, 65% major, 50% orthodontia

Out of network – $100 deductible, $1.5k out of pocket, 100% preventative, 80% basic, 50% major, 50% orthodontia

Preventative includes exams, cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments. Basic includes fillings, extractions, oral surgery, etc. Major includes crowns, repairs, dentures, etc.

Not sure which one would offer the best deal considering the dental work ahead of me.
