I am enrolling into my employers dental insurance in California and am looking into the PassivePPOMAX with Aetna for $40 a month. I’m looking at the “breakdown” and see that Office Visit Copay shows N/A (does this mean I pay every visit whatever the office charges?)
Also for Preventative Services it shows 90%, Basic 60%, and Major 50%; is that the percentage I’ll pay or will insurance pay?
