For years I had amazing benefits through the Teamsters Union. Due to recent job changes I am now looking for health insurance. My company offers health insurance but it’s $719/mo.

It says $0 deductible. $4,000 out-of-pocket maximum. It has a bunch of copays listed. Am I only paying copays? How does this exactly work? My union benefits were insanely good, as we only paid the copay for any medical services.
Will I be getting a bill in the mail after services rendered?
I would be extremely grateful for any help or advice.
Edit: I’m 26, married, no children(yet), in Maryland, making 65k.
