Need some help navigating health insurance for the first time

So I turn 26 this month which means I’ll no longer be able to use my parents health insurance. I also started a new job back in September but their health insurance doesn’t kick in until you’ve been there for a year. I make to much for medicade, and even if I didn’t I dont think I would qualify in Texas as a single man. Is my only option for health insurance the ACA? Do doctors in Texas generally accept ACA plans?

Thanks for any and all advice.
