We had a baby earlier this year but didn’t contribute to FSA so no out-of-pocket costs were paid through FSA.
Spouse started a new job and is in open enrollment for 2021 and 2022 now. Can we contribute to 2021 FSA now and submit reimbursement for OOP costs earlier this year?
