I am currently working for a large security company in Tacoma, WA who I get health insurance from but I am moving to a smaller, better paying start-up.
While it pays better, it does not have any insurance plans for individuals, not yet at least.
Where do I even begin if I want to be covered? Is there something I should be especially looking for to be covered with? Things I should avoid? I’m only moving up to 20/hour so I’m still far from rich and have no idea how to shop for this kind of thing
