New job , high deductible health insurance

I started a new job this week and we have United Health Care .

My options for health insurance are a 5,000 deductible which only cost 30 dollars ( not including dental and vision ) per pay period

3,000 deductible which cost about 70 dollars ( not including dental and vision ) per pay period

2,000 co pay deductible which is about $130 per pay period ( not including dental and vision )

I am 29 years old I usually go to the doctor for routine check ups or if I’m really sick ( like a flu ) . My biggest thing is I see a therapist Atleast twice a month .

I do have a lot of extensive dental work that needs to be done but I’m planning to save up for that as I know what I need won’t be covered by my insurance .

I don’t know if I can afford the $3000 deductible but the $5000 deductible seems like I won’t be getting my moneys worth . Any help is gladly appreciated .
