New job insurance inquiry

Howdy! I was just offered a new job and am looking at my insurance offerings and was wondering if anyone could help with opinions as I have only had 1 job/insurance before.

The company I am going to work for is international so they use Oyster HR for the benefits offerings.

The details are as follows:

“Our health coverage in the US is through the Health Benefit Alliance (HBA) program, which offers coverage nationally through the PHCS/Multiplane physician networks. Our plan administrators are Aegis Administrative Services and Another Health. Both plans operate on a copay basis (rather than a hybrid copay/coinsurance basis) like traditional plans use. This allows for a more concrete understanding of estimated total costs.”

The above is the response I got from my onboarding at Oyster when I asked for a general explanation/details as I’ve only ever had “traditional” health insurance (Florida Blue) at my current (soon to be previous) employer.

If anyone can provide a better explanation or has any experience with any of the above mentioned companies/plan styles I’d greatly appreciate it as I have never been great at understanding insurance and google has not surfaced many answers for me.
