New job offers multiple provider and plan options – no idea how to choose

Basically the title: spouse took a new job (yay!) and I was shocked (pleasantly!) to find they offer us a choice of multiple options for both provider and specific plan. It’s all so much information, though, it’s overwhelming to navigate. I have some chronic mental health issues and am neurodivergent (ASD, ADHD, and cPTSD – I’m real fun at parties) so being able to vet these programs for the best coverage for those things is really important.

Is there a type of professional I can hire who can consult on this? Review these specific options, along with our specific health needs, and advise us? I know there are brokers, but since this is all employer-provided it’s a bit different, especially with how the broker is compensated, so I’m not sure if that’s the right idea or not?

EDIT for auto mod: I’m 37, spouse is 40, we live in 77550, HHI is 200k.
