New therapist and billing

Hey everyone, interested in your thoughts…so I have been looking for a therapist and recently found one, told her my insurance and even sent her pictures of my card- she said she accepted my insurance and we went ahead and had an initial 45 min long telehealth session. Days later I get an email from her saying my insurance won’t pay her (she didn’t realize she wasn’t covered under my specific insurance plan), and she’s asking me to pay the full out of pocket cost (175 oop vs 25 copay). Am I at fault? I gave her all of my insurance info in advance and she said it would be fine.

She wants me to pay the 175 but is it unreasonable for us to split the difference between oop and copay (e.g. i pay 100) because its just as much her fault as it is mine? I won’t be using her moving forward. Thanks!
