I’m potentially taking a job based out of New York City, where New York has required health insurance coverage for fertility services. I would primarily be working remotely out of state where I reside. Since the group health insurance policy is delivered in the state of New York would the required health insurance coverage apply to me since I would not reside inside of New York?
I’m finding nothing that explicitly addresses this online. Appreciate any help.
