I gave birth this past December. Bills leading up to the month of December were sent to insurance and I paid the balance. For the entire month of December, bills aren’t being sent to my insurance. I have called these providers/hospitals and given them my insurance information but I’m still being sent the same bills with the full amount. I call insurance and they say they don’t have any claims on file for the entire month of December!
What is going on??? I’ve gone back and forth on at least 4 bills at this point with no resolve.
