No in-network hospitals within 60 miles?

I am expecting my second child in 6 months. Our local healthcare system has always been listed as in-network on my insurance plan. I had my first child at my local hospital just 5 miles away with no issues. I have a different plan now but still insured under Anthem. I logged in today to get an estimate on delivery fees so I can start saving up and there were no hospitals showing up on my search within 60 miles of my home. I contacted a representative and they confirmed there are no in-network hospitals within 60 miles of me.

Is there anything I can do about this? Are they not required to have in-network providers that are actually accessible to me for required services? The representative said I can get a referral to my local hospital from my doctor, but it is subject to approval. What do I do if that gets denied? Literally the closest hospital in my network is in an entirely different state!!

Insurance is such a scam, I swear. Thanks in advance if any of you can offer any help.
