Not eligible for Medicaid or Marketplace coverage in NJ? What??

I just filled out an application online for marketplace coverage (NJ) for the August 15th deadline. I was on unemployment so I thought I’d be eligible for extra assistance.

I’m single, my estimated gross income for this year is ~$35,000. I was working earlier this year but am now receiving unemployment.

I was pretty shocked to see I was found ineligible for marketplace coverage, I looked over my application and theres no mistakes or anything not normal. It says ‘potentially eligible for medicaid’ but when I looked online, in my states medicaid is $1,483 max monthly income for single adults and through unemployment (without the $300) I get about $1,800.

So yeah I’m kind of freaking out. I don’t see any reason why I shouldn’t be able to get healthcare, this is ridiculous?
