Hello, I’m frustrated right now and was wondering if anyone here can help.
I just enrolled in a plan through the Covered California website and paid for my first premium and it said that everything was done and went through. But, on my dashboard on the CoveredCA site, it still tells me to choose a plan, I didn’t even get a confirmation email, and they haven’t charged my card yet. After I paid, I closed the browser window because after everything was done there were no further icons to click on. However, when I call CoveredCA using the automated system, it does tell me that I am enrolled. Has anyone else experienced this?
