Hey everyone. I just received a random email from Optima Health informing me of an additional rebate because of premiums paid back in 2018..
“Because you had health insurance coverage by an OptimaFit® Individual & Family Plan at some point during the 2018 calendar year and paid premium (or premium was paid on your behalf), Optima Health has issued an additional rebate check for a portion of your 2018 premium amount.
Checks are being delivered by U.S. mail, and you can expect to receive them within 21 business days.
Frequently asked questions and other important information are available on our website.
If you do not receive your check, believe the amount to be incorrect, or have any questions, please contact the finance department at MLRrebate@sentara.com.”
