If I want to change insurance plans outside of open enrollment, and don’t qualify for special enrollment, what are my options?
As much as possible, I’d like to stick with something ACA-compliant. Can I buy an ACA-compliant plan outside of open-enrollment directly through the insurer?
Open to hearing about non-ACA options too, though.
