As of now we are terminating our relationship with OptumRX. Congratulations! You have achieved the rare honor of being the absolute worst business I’ve ever dealt with, which says a lot given that I deal with cable, phone, internet and insurance companies all the time.
We are putting a block on our credit card. Once the outstanding debt is paid you will not be able to engage in your standard practices of over-charging and charging for medications not ordered.
For the record, even your massive incompetence, so massive that it might be called malfeasance, failed to kill my mother. Keep trying, though, as there are still plenty of other ailing seniors you can try to murder.
