Finding a mental health therapist though my Anthem PPO insurance that was in-network was practically impossible. There were literally zero therapists that could take on another client at reasonable time. As such, I had to go out of network. The cost share is 40% out of network, 20% in-network. Is it possible to somehow get my insurance to apply the 20% cost share rule to my out-of-network therapist due to the lack of in-network therapist?
