I’m going to be moving out of state next week. I am still on my parents health insurance plan, but I’m not sure how insurance works out of state, or if it even would. I have multiple medications that I’m going to need, but I’m not sure if my insurance will cover the prescriptions out of state.
In the fall I’ll be getting health insurance through school, but should I get a temporary one over the summer? Is there even a way to get temporary insurance? Is there a way I can get my insurance to cover prescriptions out of state? What about transferring prescriptions out of state? How would I go about that?
