Out of state / Low deductible health insurance for self employed

I’ve been uninsured for a few years. I used to work in New York city where I had a 0-deductible PPO plan and was able to see top doctors for a $10 copay at top hospitals like Mt Sinai and Columbia and Presbyterian. Since I became self-employed, I moved out of state and saw I’d pay $5-10K just to get a $10K deductible plan. I stopped buying insurance when the individual mandate went away. My question is, is it possible to get an insurance that has those NY hospitals in-network, without being a resident of NY? And how can I get a plan as good as what I had, or are those plans only available for big corporates? If I look at the marketplace, even the most expensive plan don’t come close. And I find it hard to imagine the best hospitals in America within NY is somehow reserved just for residents of NY?
