Planning on having a baby. Currently on high deductible PPO with HSA. Considering changing insurance

Title kinda says it all. My wife and I are planning on starting a family. Currently we both have the high deductible HSA plan.

Would it be wise for her to change her insurance to the standard PPO plan and keep mine on an HSA account?

Currently my income is much higher and I max out my HSA within a couple months of the year. She makes much less money and it takes her the entire year to max out her HSA.

My thought is to have her get the standard PPO and then pay for any expenses with my HSA.

Any ideas are welcome and we appreciate the info!
