Please can somebody help me

I’m an international student in the US and I had to go to the ER a few weeks ago as the doctors at my student health centre were afraid that I had appendicitis due to severe pain in my lower right abdomen. I have ISO International Student healthcare, the UPenn plan specifically. I just looked at my claims and my bill was $25,000 and I honestly started crying immediately I do not have that kind of money or even close to it, I thought the bill would be around $500 max. I have no idea what I’m going to be charged after my insurance is applied, I’m going to list my benefits below and any assistance in helping me figure out my charges would be greatly appreciated. I already have a lab bill for $167.

annual maximum – unlimited

annual deductible – $1250

maximum out of pocket expenses per year – $6350

coinsurance in network – 80% of preferred allowance

coinsurance out of network – 60% of usual and customary

copay per visit – $50 urgent care

emergency room copay (waived if admitted) – $300

I’m honestly panicking so much, I’m not American and have never experienced anything like this I’m so terrified that I’m going to have to pay thousands of dollars for an ER trip that came back completely inconclusive, I had an Ultrasound, CAT scan and IV drip but I did not expect my bill to be anywhere near $25,000.
