My income will be around 30,000, and my wife is about to unemployed. Would it be cheaper to enroll through healthcare.gov? I’m not sure how tax credits work, so I don’t know if that just means i eat it later in paying deductibles. The plan through my new job has almost no deductible.
I do have to go to the doctor frequently, like 10 or more times a year due to chronic kidney problems. So it’s not like I can really skip out on insurance.
