I just learned about primary vs. secondary insurance. If you continued to use your original insurance for recurring services once they were no longer your primary insurance, what should you do? I have a very expensive bi-annual infusion that I’m really worried will be charged back to me due to not understanding insurance rules. I’ve had two infusions since the provider switched from being my primary to being my secondary insurance.
