I managed to apply for Ambetter insurance through an agent – though it’s creepy how they call you out of nowhere…. from everywhere – but, it doesn’t kick in until May 1st. I don’t think I can wait another 20+ days to get my tonsils removed when I can’t sleep and have trouble swallowing on a regular basis, so I’m trying to get surgery sooner rather than later.
I just need to know whether or not my surgery is about to be out-of-pocket. There’s just…. absolutely no way payment can wait until the 1st, right?
