Question about ACA plans on healthcare.gov

Texas resident here, going on my second year with a catastrophic plan through Oscar. Worked well this past year in terms of primary care, 24/7 er help when I had a stomach bug, and getting covid tests.

My only concern is there is an in network care which is 100% covered after deductible (this is fine for us since we can pay the $8700 deductible in case of catastrophe). In the event of something really expensive like cancer, heart attacks, strokes, etc: is the plan supposed to have some sort of major hospital system in network?

I.e I want to make sure that the “in-net-work” isnt just a bunch of primary care doctors, and that if I need access to something specialized like surgeons, radiologists, or oncologists- they are in net work.
