I am a 24M from zip code 60126, and I had my last day at my previous Employer December 17th, and have been covered for insurance since I paid at the beginning of the month. January is getting close, and I still haven’t received my COBRA paperwork that I can fill out to be covered for next month.
I need health insurance as I am currently seeing a physical therapist and doctor.
What do I do if I don’t receive the COBRA paperwork for January in time?
