I was looking at the income limits for Health First Colorado, and saw people that make up $1,415 are eligible for it. Is this number how much they make before taxes or after taxes in order to be eligible? I.e. if I make $1600 a month before taxes, am I still eligible, since after taxes I would be under the $1,415 limit? Or would I only be eligible if I make under 1415 pre-taxes?
