My wife went to an in-network urgent care which billed $300. The EOB said we’re responsible for $175, which is the same amount we got billed for from the urgent care – so far, so good. I went to double check the coverage and it says urgent care has a 50% copay… which comes out to $150. The EOB is devoid of any details. Any ideas?
