Question about healthcare.gov Coverage

I’m currently shopping for plans on healthcare.gov. All of the plans I see say that NuvaRing is not covered by any of the plans, but information elsewhere on the website states that all healthcare.gov plans “must cover contraceptive methods and counseling for all women, as prescribed by a health care provider. Plans must cover these services without charging a copayment or coin’s its fee when provided by an in network provider even if you haven’t met your deductible.”

Can someone explain what this means? I interpret it as “as long as you pick it up from the right place it’s covered”. How do I know what the right place is?
