So I have a 2021 marketplace plan and am deciding on staying with the same plan or changing. I have a doctor’s appointment literally on Dec. 15th that could influence my plan choice.
When they say “by Dec. 15” does that mean any time on the day of Dec. 15th or does that mean by midnight the night before (14th)?
My appt. on the 15th is at 2:15p.m. in the afternoon, so I could get home and make my final plan choice by 5 or 6p.m. I don’t like leaving it completely last minute like that, but a surgical procedure could be involved which definitely affects the plan I would choose.
