Hello! My husband turns 26 in August so he will be signing up for health insurance with his employer due to a life event. I don’t turn 26 until November but will be joining his health insurance (cheaper premium than my employer with similar coverage on Aetna PPO) – can I go ahead and be added to his when he signs up in August? Or do we have to wait for open enrollment/my birthday in November to add me? Thanks for any and all guidance…we’re trying to plan ahead because this is all so new to us!
