I visited a dentist a couple of weeks ago, they asked me to pay upfront for $341 if I want to go through my insurance or $220 for not going through insurance. I choice go through my insurance and paid $341 upfront. Today I got my insurance claim, it shows billed $341 but then it has a network discount, it comes out my total responsibility is $167. Will the dentist return the difference since I already pay $341?
