Questions about exceeding Medi-Cal income limit in 2021

I just realized that my income in 2021 exceeded the Medi-Cal income limit allowed by around $2k. I didn’t know it until today. Looking back, my income started to exceed the limit in August 2021 but since then, I haven’t received any mail from Medi-Cal about my ineligibility from September – December. If Medi-Cal found out that I was no longer qualified for the plan in since August, do you know if they will ask me to repay any fee or penalty for not reporting my exceeded income to them? Also, will it affect my healthcare plan in 2022? I’m still using Medi-Cal and currently only have an internship that will end soon.
