Random Question

I went to a urologist specialist today at a hospital recommended by 2 other doctors. My copay was $185 and I was out of the office in less than 5 minutes. I was under the impression I was going to get a work up or at least an exam, but it was a 5 minute conversation and he referred me to go back to my primary doctor.. Is there any way I can get refunded for this. I paid out of pocket and he could have told me that over the telephone so I’m a little upset but hey maybe that’s just healthcare I’m younger so don’t know any better but it’s ridiculous. I understand if I used equipment or was prescribed something but geez i sat in the chair we had a brief conversation and left! Any help thanks.
