Hi, I am trying to plan out my business and sorting out this health insurance is actually a nightmare. I get quotes of about $1300 / month per employee, but if I didn’t offer any health insurance benefit, my hypothetical employees would pay much less if they just purchased it independently through the insurance market. Should I just opt to not offer insurance and offer more pay instead? Should I do some sort of health savings account? What’s the best way to structure this for both the employee and the employer?
