I’m living in my car and traveling around the country for the foreseeable future on an environmental project. I have the state Medicaid (MassHealth), which covers nothing out of state, and I’m looking for supplementary catastrophic insurance that at least partially covers ER and urgent care visits. All I can find are premiums upwards of $240 a month, which doesn’t seem worthwhile if the deductible is over $8000 anyway. Any leads on good plans or alternatives?
