Receptionist said no copay but I received charges via mail?

So I went to the doctors for the first time with health insurance for a cough and they did a blood test and also I got vaccinated for Hep A because apparently I had no antibodies. It required 2 office visits, the initial one and a week later to go get the vaccine. Each time I went in, I asked the receptionist if there is a co-pay and if I need to pay anything for these visits and they said no.

I was going about my life, thinking having health insurance is sweet, paid nothing for a check up and vaccine. Fast forward a couple weeks later, I get a letter in the mail saying I owe 260 dollars and its overdue. According to the bill, it looks like the vaccination was nearly completely covered but I owe 180 dollars for the first visit and 80 dollars for the second visit. The descriptions for both are “OFFICE O/P NEW LOW 30-44MIN” AND “OFFICE O/P EST SF 10-19MIN”.

I’m confused what these are because each visit, I asked if there is a copay and if I owed anything and they said no…
