New York, December 2020. I fainted during a blood test and the testing center called 911. Paramedics checked my blood pressure and sugar, did an EKG. I refused transport to St Luke’s hospital when asked. I think this is a private service and an advanced life support ambulance attended on me.
Should I expect a bill? How much should be covered by an Aetna standard PPO plan?
