Hi everyone, I’ve had to mail in the same claims more than once since it seemed our postal service was not efficient in our area and the claims were not getting to bcbs. But now it looks like both the original and second copies have been processed. It appears they on the second processing of the claims, additional money was reimbursed to us (for an out of network provider which we have benefits for). Could this be accurate or do you think an error for which they overpaid us? I don’t want to deposit my check until I know.
