My mother and father are married. My father is retired and is receiving Medicare. My mother currently has a health insurance plan through the ACA and is paying $276.04 per month with a decent sized tax credit. My questions are as follows:
If you are married what is the combined income needed to qualify for the tax credit for ACA insurance?
Is there a cheaper way for my mother to receive health insurance until she hits 65 and can receive medicare?
