Should I expect a huge bill after seeing a huge charge in an Explanation of Benefits?

Hello, I got an EOB from an insurer today: https://imgur.com/a/S5NSeKO

After seeing the $89k in charges, I started wondering if the ambulance company going to bill me for the rest. I see that the EOB says “Amount you owe 0.00”, but is that referring to the $12k they paid, and I can expect the ambulance company to hunt me down for the remaining 77k?

I don’t know much about insurance, although I read the health insurance wiki over on PersonalFinance, and perhaps this a kind of Negotiated Rate? I just don’t know where to ask for help, and my head is spinning.

I’d appreciate any advice.
