Silver Local Network vs Bronze $0 Deductible

So I’m down to the wire trying to decide between these two marketplace plans:

This is the Bronze plan I’m looking at. No deductible, but the catch is a very high prescription-drug specific deductible – though currently I don’t have any prescriptions that certainly does add to the potential costs.

This is the Silver plan. For context Wake Forest Baptist Health is a pretty ubiquitous name in my city specifically and they have everything from a Level I trauma center to free-standing PCP practices. So I would be okay as long as nothing happens while I’m traveling, otherwise I’d be facing significantly higher co-insurance costs.

The silver plan’s preimums are $30 higher. What I’m caught up on is deciding if it’s better to have the flat fees for co-insurance that the Bronze plan offers, or the by-percentage co-insurance that the Silver plan has.
