It’s a long story and I’ll try my best to keep it short. My sister is a Stay-at-home mother with no income. She was hospitalized for a few weeks and thought nothing of it when the hospital said they would help her apply for Medicaid benefits.
She is then presented with this bill (NOT an EOS) which is due immediately.
What options does she have here? Any suggestions on how to approach this?
