Startup Employee, Turning 26

Hi everyone! I’m turning 26 soon so I’ll be kicked off my parents’ health insurance in about a month. I work for a small startup non-profit that doesn’t offer health insurance, although they do offer a $300 a month reimbursement for any health insurance expenses. I’ve never navigated insurance before and I’m pretty overwhelmed by the process, and I am constantly feeling like I’m being sold to. Can I get Obamacare? Should I look at something like Aetna or Cigna? Are there questions I should be asking that I’ve missed? Thanks in advance!
